1. Services
ShoreTote provides reusable moving bins for rent. Our services include delivery, pickup, and bin rental for a selected rental period. Availability of services is subject to your location and the date selected.
2. Rental Period
The standard rental period is based on the package selected during checkout. If you need the bins longer, please contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Additional fees may apply for extended rentals.
3. Pricing and Payment
- • All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- • Payment is required at the time of booking.
- • We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods.
- • You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
4. Delivery and Pickup
- • We will deliver the bins to the address you provide during checkout.
- • Please ensure there is a clear, safe, and accessible area for delivery and pickup.
- • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- • You must be present or provide instructions for access during delivery and pickup.
5. Proper Use of Bins
You agree to use the bins responsibly:
- • Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of each bin.
- • Do not place hazardous materials, liquids, chemicals, or illegal items in the bins.
- • Do not modify, disassemble, or remove any part of the bins.
- • Keep the bins away from excessive heat, open flames, and unsafe conditions.
6. Damage and Loss
You are responsible for the bins during your rental period. You may be charged for:
- • Lost bins
- • Stolen bins
- • Bins returned with excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear
Replacement or repair fees may be assessed based on the cost of the damaged or missing equipment.
7. Late Returns
Bins must be available for pickup on the scheduled pickup date. Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges until the equipment is returned or collected.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- • Orders may be canceled before the scheduled delivery date.
- • Refund eligibility may vary depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled delivery date.
- • Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- • Provide accurate information when placing an order.
- • Use the bins only for lawful purposes.
- • Ensure the bins remain accessible for pickup.
- • Follow all instructions provided by ShoreTote regarding use of the equipment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoreTote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental associated with the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
